For almost 50 years now, Sigma Auto Craft Pvt. Ltd. (Sigma) has successfully designed, developed and fabricated tailor-made van solutions with applications in medical vans, cash management, defense, automobile service and special-purpose applications.
Sigma is an ISO 9001:2015 certified and an ARAI accredited Bus Body builder operating from Vasai, 60kms north of Mumbai, India. Over the years, Sigma has grown in recognition as one of the finest commercial automobile body fabricators in India and serves to be the to-go company for many OEM’s looking for high-quality custom van solutions.
Sigma auto Craft is incorporated as a Private Limited Company in Mumbai as per the Company’s Act 1956.
History
Infrastructure
We have a well-equipped manufacturing unit at Vasai near Mumbai. The unit spreads across a sprawling plot area of roughly 52,000 Sq. Ft. with a high parking and production capability. We have equipped ourselves with some of the modern machines and equipment that help us develop our range of Fabricated Automotive Bodies in compliance the ISO 9001:2015 standards. These ensure that we surpass customer expectations and deliver on time.

Selin DeSouza
Managing DirectorSelin DeSouza, Managing Director of our company, has been associated with the company since its inception. The company was earlier known as Nicholas DeSouza Garage founded in 1971. In the year 2000, the SIGMA brand was created.
Selwyn DeSouza
DirectorSelwyn DeSouza, Director has been associated with the company since 2010 after completion of his management studies abroad. He has a keen interest in automobiles and directly handles all aspects of the business.
Charles Tuscano
Head – Administration & MarketingCharles has been associated with the Company since 1991. He is in-charge of the company’s finances, administration and also actively participates in the planning and execution of marketing strategies along with the director.
Hitendra Vanmali
Technical HeadVanmali joined the company in 1998. He has thorough technical knowledge in designing and fabrication of automobile prototypes. Under his supervision company has been able to bring new designs to light on a wide range of motor vehicle bodies.
Nezel Ferreira
CAD DesignerNezel joined the company in 1991 and has a deep experience in the designing of prototypes and CAD works of Automobiles Body Building. He also actively participated in other administration duties.
